Mr. Hassan was excellent in his service. He arrived on time and gave me an overview of the process and gave me an exact time when he would finish. After he finished he went through the things that he found and showed me the exact issues, where they were and why they needs fixing. Mine was a new construction pre-closing inspection and am glad that i went with Mr. Hassan. By evening he sent me the report with detailed pictures and questions/clarifications for the builder. I even recommended him for pre-closing inspection to my colleagues and they were also really happy with his service. Truly Mr. Hassans experience speaks for the quality and the details of the issues that he found.
